The Red Bus is a mobile application designed to help LifeWise advocates share educational videos with their community and track engagement. The App allows you to:

• Create an account and manage your profile
• Add and manage contacts
• Share video links with your contacts
• Track when contacts view shared videos and engage with content
• Receive notifications about engagement activity

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share misleading, false, or harmful content

You represent that you have the right to add and use any contact information you enter into the App. You agree to:

• Only add contacts who you have a legitimate reason to contact
• Respect the privacy of your contacts
• Not use contact information for purposes outside the App
• Remove contacts upon their request

7. Content and Videos

The videos available through the App are provided by LifeWise and are subject to their own terms of use. You may share these videos using the App's sharing features. You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or redistribute video content outside of normal sharing
• Use videos for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Notifications

By using the App, you consent to receive push notifications about engagement activity (video views, link clicks). You can manage notification preferences within the App settings.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
